Will full sheet set fit queen bed?

I have a queen bed. I really like this one particular bedding set, but it seems there are no queen size anywhere. I was telling a friend and she told me she thinks full will fit queen. but, i want to make sure before I go out and spend all this money on bedding that doesn't fit. {thanks for your help!}Will full sheet set fit queen bed?

the bottom fitted sheet will not fit a queen bed very well if at all- if you were to stretch it to fit, then it would pop off of the mattress any time anyone got on it

No, a full set is considerably smaller than a queen size. There is a reason that sizes are listed as twin, fullsize, queen and king.
Don't spend the money. A queen mattress will fit in a full frame sometimes, but there is enough difference in size between the two that the sheets will not fit.
